Set it and forget it
Automated Reminders
Send lesson reminders to parents automatically via email or the parent portal — no more no-shows or forgotten lessons.
Configure how far in advance reminders go out — 24 hours, 48 hours, whatever works for your studio. Fermata sends them automatically through the parent portal or via your connected Gmail or Outlook account. No-shows drop, parents are happier, and you never have to remember to send a reminder again.
What you get
- Configurable reminder timing per studio
- Delivered via portal, Gmail, or Outlook
- Fully automated — no manual sending
